    How to Check a Gift Card Balance

    Step-by-step guide

    1. Go to Operations > Sales > Sales.

    1. Swipe the gift card. A window will appear showing you the balance amount.

    2. To view a gift card balance without swiping it, click on Access F11 at the top of the Salesscreen.

    1. Click F4 Prepaid Cards / Services.

    1. On the Prepaid Card screen, select Gift Card/Gift Certificate/Store Credit. Then enter the gift card serial number and click on Check Balance. You’ll see the balance near the bottom of the screen.
