You can return rentals in the presence of a customer as well as anonymously.
Step-by-step guide
- When processing a return in the absence of a Customer, from the Sales screen click on Go To [F8].
- Click on F10 Rental Returns.
- Scan the item or enter the item name or number, then press Enter or click on Return.
- A window will prompt you that your return was completed.
- If any late fees apply, you will see the charges at the bottom of the Return screen. Press Return to accept the item.
