    Step-by-step guide

    1. Go to Operations > Sales > Sales.

    1. Type GC into the Item field.

    1. In the pop-up window, enter the Gift Certificate’s Selling Price and then click Ok.

    1. The Gift Certificate will appear in the Sales screen. Press Enter or click on Tender to proceed to the Payment screen and finalize the sale as per usual.
