Step-by-step guide
- Go to Operations > Customers > Customers.

- Enter a customer name in the Search field, then press Enter. Once the customer is loaded, click on Gift Registry.
- In the Gift Recipient Name field, enter the name of the event’s recipient. You can use preferential pricing for all items in the registry product list. Use the drop-down list to select a Price List.
- Select an Event from the drop-down list. If necessary, choose the Event Date and Delivery Date, the Delivery Contact and Delivery Phone, or add Delivery Address and Comments.
- To add products to the Gift Registry, click on Select Products. In the Gift Registry Productsscreen, add the desired items (PLU) in the Item field. Press Enter to add the item.
- When you’re finished adding items to the Gift Registry, click on Accept. Then click on Save and then Quit to exit.
- To access this registry at the Sales screen, go to Operations > Sales > Sales.

- Enter the customer in the Customer field and then press Enter. Once the customer is loaded, click on Access F11 at the top of the screen.
- In the Access screen, click on F7 Gift Registry Sale to access Gift Registry.
- In the Gift Registry screen, input the gift recipient’s name, then click on Gift List.
- In the Gift Registry List screen, you can adjust the products available for the gift registry.
- To confirm the selected products, double-click on each one. This will add 1 of each product to the list. To change product quantity, click on the + or – buttons. You’ll notice that the Total Selected Items as well as the Total Selected Amount (located in the top right corner), will increase as you confirm the items.

- To complete the transaction and return to the Sales screen, click the Buy Selected.
- The items will be added to the Sales screen. Now go ahead and complete the sale as per usual.
