How to Set Up Commissions

Step-by-step guide

  1. To create commission programs, go to Setup > Security & Users > Commissions.

  1. Click on Add to add a new commission. Enter a name for the commission level in theCommission Level Name field. Customize the percentages you wish in the Percentage of Net Sale and Percent of Profit fields. Save the newly added commission.

  1. To pair a commission levels with users, go to Setup > Security & Users > Users.

  1. First, click on the user once to select. Next, scroll down the list and select the Commission Level. Click on Save and then Quit when finished. This will complete your commission setup.
