    How to Set up Currencies

    Step-by-step guide

    1. Go to Setup > Tax & Currency > Currencies.

    1. One of the currencies must be assigned as Home currency in the Currencies screen.

    1. Note that Exchange for Sales/Buy Rates are not editable for home currency.

    1. You can add a currency by clicking on Add and filling in the Description and other necessary fields, including the exchange rate.

    1. You can also click on a foreign currency and edit information there (Exchange rates, accounting information).

    1. Click on Currency Tender Denominations to see different types of currency and coins that are in circulation for the selected currency.

    1. In the Currency Values window, you can add or edit currencies or coins.

    1. You can enter payment options and relevant Foreign Currency Accounts if ACE 3000 is integrated with accounting software. Usually foreign Debit/Credit cards are processed the same way as domestic cards, thus, you may not have to activate payment options for cards.

    2. When you’re finished making changes, click on Save and then Quit.
