How to use this Portal

Exploring a new product can be overwhelming, so we wanted to give you a basic overview of how our knowledge portal works to get you started.

The ACE knowledge portal is built using Document360 to allow active support plan members the ability to more easily read how-to articles and find helpful answers.

Whether you're new to ACE or a long-time user, you'll find all of our features listed in the menu to the left (or under the Contents menu in a mobile screen) broken down by topics. We wanted to make it easier for customers to find the information they need. So all of our how-to documents and videos have been merged together into each of these folders.

Now that everything is in one place, it is much easier for us to be able to update documents more frequently so you can expect more articles to be added as time goes on.
